Superfish Filter Foam 50x50x5cm

Cut a piece of the fine 30 PPI foam for my internal canister filter, and it’s catching way more debris than the old pad did. The 5cm thickness gives it a nice density that doesn’t clog up too fast.

Cut my own block down to fit my canister filter in about two minutes, and the 5cm thickness is perfect for mechanical and biological media. The 30 PPI fine version seems to trap more gunk than the coarse stuff I used before. Working exactly as expected so far.

The coarse foam holds up well in my pond filter, and cutting it to fit was easy with a sharp knife. It's been running for a few weeks now with no issues, though the water flow seems slightly slower than with my previous media.
