JBL ProFlora Aquabasis Plus

Set this up in my 55-gallon planted tank and the grain size is perfect for stem plants to spread roots without floating away. Water stayed clear within an hour of filling, which was a nice surprise. My crypts and swords are already sending out new runners after just two weeks.

Roots have anchored into this substrate noticeably faster than my last setup, and the plants are showing new growth within the first week. The grain size is small enough for delicate stems but still heavy enough that it doesn't cloud the water when I'm planting.

The granules have a nice texture that makes planting stem plants so much easier than with plain gravel. My Amazon sword is already sending out new leaves just a week after setting up the tank. Really happy with how clear the water stayed during the initial fill.
