Lucy X. ★★★★★

My nitrates were stuck around 40 ppm no matter what I did, but after adding this porous rock to my canister filter they dropped to under 10 within two weeks. The massive surface area really does seem to support enough bacteria to make a difference.

Miles ★★★★★

Swapped out my old biomedia for this stuff and within a week my tank's nitrite levels finally dropped to zero. The porous surface area really is as massive as advertised; my local fish store guy was right about that.

Riley ★★★★★

My nitrates were stuck around 40ppm for weeks until I added this porous media to my canister filter, now they’re down under 10ppm. The huge surface area really lets bacteria do their job.
