Seachem Tidal Zeolite Filter Media

Chemical filtration ready to use in filter bag for Seachem Tidal filters.

  • Suitable for marine and freshwater.
  • For binding ammonia and heavy metals.

Seachem zeolite is a naturally occurring highly-porous mineral that binds ammonia and heavy metals through an ion exchange mechanism. It has the highest ammonia binding capacity of any available zeolite and at the same time doesn't deplete the calcium in saltwater or increase the general hardness in freshwater where the ionic strength is low.

Nicholas ★★★★★

My ammonia levels were driving me crazy until I threw a bag of this in my canister filter. It cleared up within 24 hours and the bag fits perfectly behind my other media.

Zoe ★★★★★

I was a bit skeptical about zeolite, but this stuff actually cleared up my ammonia spike in the freshwater tank within two days. It's nice that it comes ready to go in its own bag, so I didn't have to mess with rinsing or measuring.

Andrew ★★★★★

Just tossed a bag of this into my Tidal filter and the water cleared noticeably within a few hours. It's nice knowing ammonia and heavy metals are being pulled out, especially since my tank is still cycling.
