Eheim Lav - 熔岩石

The pores on these lava rocks are incredible — my ammonia levels dropped noticeably within just a few days after adding them. Finally, crystal-clear water without constant water changes.

After cycling my tank for three weeks, the bacteria finally took hold and the ammonia readings dropped to zero, so the porous surface clearly did its job. The pieces are rough and chunky, which makes them easy to stack in the filter basket without shifting around.

The porous structure of this lava rock is perfect for my canister filter; the water has cleared up noticeably in just a few days. My fish seem more active now, and I love that it's all natural material.
