Alternanthera reineckii 'mini' - Aquafleur Easy Grow

Aquarium plant from tissue culture in closed cup. Guaranteed algae, pesticide and snail free!

This miniature version of the well-known Alternanthera is characterized by compact growth and a slower growth rate. It is particularly suitable for small aquariums or as a foreground plant in larger aquascapes. By careful trimming can you create a dense, red-violet carpet approximately 5 to 10 cm high. High light intensity and addition of CO2 improves the plant's growth and overall appearance.

The tissue culture cup arrived pristine, and every stem was already vibrant and rooted with zero melt after planting. The mini size is perfect for my nano tank, and the red pops beautifully against the green.

Zoe ★★★★★

The mini leaves are a perfect scale for my nano tank, and it rooted noticeably faster than my last red plant. Tissue culture means zero snails or algae, which is exactly what I needed.

I've been growing this in my low-tech tank for a few weeks now, and the tissue culture definitely arrived clean and pest-free. The miniature leaf size actually stays compact without melting, which is a nice surprise for a stem plant. My only minor gripe is that the growth seems a bit slower than I e
